The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop targets consumers only.

You are entitled to collect your order from Max Muster GmbH, Teststr. 1, 1000 Musterstadt, Musterland during the following hours of business: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except public holidays. Kindly inform us at least two working days ahead of your collection so that we can arrange the goods from our store. You may also pay with EC card and your pin number.

Payment in advance
If you select payment in advance we provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods on receipt of funds
Cash on delivery
You will directly pay the purchase price with the deliverer. Additional cost of 5 € GBP will apply.
